I really respect when people can make fun of themselves. The Academy Is... knew that their decision to perform on MTV's Rockin' New Year's Eve would cause a lot of people to get upset and call them sell-outs, so how do they announce the performance to their fans? By sending out a YouTube video in which they make fun of themselves, while at the same time parodying a current event...

A new year, a new blog.

So it's not 2009 yet, but I've already made a New Year's resolution. Starting in 2009, when I return to school, I'm going to renovate and rejuvenate this blog. It's unfocused and mostly boring; I don't even care much about these posts, so why should anyone else? I've stopped writing here, and I'm not happy about that. I'm going to find a focus for my blog and start anew when I return to school in January.
