Seven Pounds was technically one of the most depressing movies I've seen in a while... but I didn't see it as depressing. I saw it as brilliant, intricate, beautiful, and, in a strange way, uplifting. I'm not going to spoil the movie to anyone who hasn't seen it, but I recommend that everyone go see it. When it ended tonight, the theatre full of college students was silent, and there was hardly a dry eye in the house. It's an amazing movie and everyone should have a reason to cry from time to time.

Seven Pounds
Seven Pounds was technically one of the most depressing movies I've seen in a while... but I didn't see it as depressing. I saw it as brilliant, intricate, beautiful, and, in a strange way, uplifting. I'm not going to spoil the movie to anyone who hasn't seen it, but I recommend that everyone go see it. When it ended tonight, the theatre full of college students was silent, and there was hardly a dry eye in the house. It's an amazing movie and everyone should have a reason to cry from time to time.

Interesting... I remember seeing previews for it when it came out in theatres and never having the faintest idea about what the movie could possibly be.

Yeah... that's because if you know what it's about, the movie is ruined.
I agree, the movie ended up being extremely different from what I expected! A good watch, though.
