I'm tired of Blogger. Suggestions?

I'm getting sick of Google and Blogger, so I will most likely be transferring my blog to either Tumblr or Wordpress. Does anyone have a suggestion about which I should move to? Does anyone know how to transfer my domain name? Any help is much appreciated!
